Has anyone heard of a Tucson Hybrid shocking people? I asked about it when I dropped off my car but I don’t think it was looked at. My Tucson shocks me when I get out of it sometimes. It always comes from the door latch. Never been shocked that much by a car before but this is my first hybrid.

Sat there for 2 hours 1/2 hours for an intermittent Cruise Control problem - (of course it was working today)and the diagnostic showed NOTHING! Cost me almost $160 for nothing. I have written to Hyusvice and reported it, in case the electric system blows up. What can I say?

I called 4 times and left a message to call back and make an appointment for service. Never a call back. Had to go in person to make an appointment. Not helpful at all. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment they didn’t know I was coming even though they were the ones who made the appointment. Told it could take up to 2 hrs. Not happy about that considering the efforts I had to go through to get the appointment. Came back an hr and half later car still hadn’t moved. When I asked why my car hasn’t moved they went to the garage to find out. They said oh we can take it in now and asked if I can wait. They never gave any update on the non progress of servicing the car. I just waited and waited for my car to be finished. This is very poor customer service ! You need to fix your very inept system. Thank you and good luck…you need it.
