I called 4 times and left a message to call back and make an appointment for service. Never a call back. Had to go in person to make an appointment. Not helpful at all. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment they didn’t know I was coming even though they were the ones who made the appointment. Told it could take up to 2 hrs. Not happy about that considering the efforts I had to go through to get the appointment. Came back an hr and half later car still hadn’t moved. When I asked why my car hasn’t moved they went to the garage to find out. They said oh we can take it in now and asked if I can wait. They never gave any update on the non progress of servicing the car. I just waited and waited for my car to be finished. This is very poor customer service ! You need to fix your very inept system. Thank you and good luck…you need it.

After an hour in the waiting room for a 730 appointment i was told that the internet was down and they couldn't service my vehicle. Which was just the 5K oil change, tire rotation etc. Ironically I was on the guest network in the waiting room? I was given the option of continuing to wait or they would call me later with a new appointment. I chose for you to call me but you haven't.

It took 3.5 hours for a diagnostic to be done on my Tucson, just to determine that a new drivers side door panel electrical control unit needed to be ordered, months after the mechanic had installed a new panel (same drivers side door handle panel) was installed and retired to me not functioning. There is a need for more mechanics, and customer service representatives who can assess what needs done at the time the issue is brought to their attention, while standing in front of them. Also, many calls and messages left to the service department have not been answered or responded to.

My service plus changing of 4 new tires took longer than I expected. I also noticed that once in the car the indicator light came on for low pressure. I would have hoped that the tech would have checked the tire pressure sensor at the same time he changed the tires. But that was not the case, and now I have to come back to change them. Also I couldn’t contact anyone in the service dept to confirm my appointment. I had to call the sales ofc and they emailed the service dept. something seems to be disconnected here. Anyway, our family owns severa business in Hawaii. I would like to continue to use local services. As we hope the same for our business. But it’s getting difficult. Please help train or retrain your staff.
