No one was on the service drive when I dropped the car off for my service appointment at 8:30 AM. Waited 15 minutes until someone finally appeared to help me. Then I waited 20 minutes when I came back to get my car. Finally o asked to be closed out by someone else because I was running late to get my kids. I still have no idea whether the warranty work to my 2nd row was completed. I was told prob not but then all my child car seats were uninstalled. So confused.
