My battery was replaced under warranty however I should not have to drive my car 20 miles per week to keep the battery from dying. I should not have to purchase a new battery every 18 months for my car. There was no diagnosis performed to determine if something in my car was over draining the battery. My friends and family have other new cars, and they do not need to drive them every week. Not being able to go on vacation for a week or two without having to jump start my car battery seems excessive. I'm sorry that I bought a Honda if there's no other fix than replacing the battery every 18 months.

I usually like this Honda & Andika, the respresentative who helped me is really nice and friendly, however, I was really dissatisfied with my service yesterday. When I got my car back after an oil change, I noticed it hadn’t been washed. Other dealerships I have gone to will always wash my car after service and truly show their efforts to go above and beyond. Instead of bringing my car around and receiving it at the service entrance where I paid, I had to walk around the back parking lot and look for my car because it wasn’t where I was told it would be. Again, at other places, I have always had the car brought over to me. Not only does this show customer service, it keeps customer safety.
