Your service advisor was unprofessional I spoke to you advisor Tim about an issue with my vehicle. I made an effort to express my concern about tire ssue that was over looked when I took the vehicle in. . With out looking up the history of repairs on my vehicle your advisor made a determination to deny to at least cover the cost. One of your techs was on his cell phone while I waited to speak to Tim. During the 20 minute wait this tech played with his cell phone. I was finally able to have an opportunity to express my dissatisfaction. Next thing I knew I had an audience looking at me and Tim arguing. The tech on the cell phone was now a spectator waiting to see if a fight would break out. Let me say Tim was not concern about my issue. Especially when it was expressed one of tecks failed to catch a tire issue which was not noted when the vehicle was taken in. The vehicle at the time had only 900 miles. And the sensor indicated a tire pressure problem. But the tech said it was due to a tire sensor. Generally issues should be discussed in a private area. This was not the case. Overall Tim had his mind made up. For Tim It was not necessary to review any pertinent information and of course To him I was a customer trying to get a free bee. Is this how you treat your customers. Your techs drop there cell phones and stand and watch out of their booths like spectators to see what happens. Maybe Tim could have provided a quit place to discuss my concern or looked to see if fact my concern was legit. He did none of this or was he able to control the situati by asking his tech to get back to work. Would you like for be to send you my video of the ever? Or should I release it to the Web
