Your customer service is so impersonal. The automatic customer communication system is not helpful at all. I’m pretty sure nobody thecks the customer replies to the queries sent to us. I think this is called a fake good customer service.
You ask, but nobody listens.
Apparently, Kenneth Okimoto fixed my car this weekend even though I didn’t bring it to the shop, because you guys rescheduled my appointment because you guy is not “available”. Very nice indeed.
