Ming was very friendly and courteous. He changed the perspective I had for Honda of El Monte. I didn’t like going there due to the lack of attemtion and bad experiences I’ve had. I decided to go there since other locations couldn’t see me soon without an appointment. I was very surprised on how it has changed. I was sent to Mr. Adrian Kim from another representative. When I arrived in his office, he did not have anybody in his office, but he was shuffling some papers. He asked me to give him a second while he finished what he was doing. He got on the phone to infor a customer that the vehicle was ready.
At that time I thought he was going to take care of me, and although it was not a big deal, he decided to take care of more paperwork and another phone call before he started taking care of me. Again, not a big deal, but I wish he had taken care of me between phone customers.
Once he started taking care of me all was good.
