I had an appointment for an alarm installation at 8 am. I arrive and they tell me that there are no alarms available. So I leave and as I am leaving I receive a call from Adrian that they just received alarms. I go back to Honda and Adrian gave me an estimated time. My car would be ready at 10:30am and it was not ready at that time. Adrian mentioned it would take 3 more hours. Adrian offered a loaner car, which was nice. I call at 2pm and my car was finally ready. I receive my car and all seems okay, I look at the stearing wheel and there’s a scratch. My car is new it should not have scartches. Now every time I drive I am starring at a scratch I did not make.

It was great to take my daughter’s car in for what it needed, and not have service people attempt to sell other unnecessary services. Andy was very professional and efficient, he went over the vehicle with me, and I was out the door. I think I will advise my daughter to take her car here, instead of Alhambra Honda, great job to the staff!

I would like to share my past experience to show how lucky that I have Ming Peng as my advisor for my Honda Accord issues. I came to El Monte Honda twice before seeking for help once I realized my Honda Accord is not ready for smog test; the other advisor told me they have nothing to do. They have no sincerely, just told me in continue doing the driving cycle. But my Honda Accord still not yet ready for the smog check! This really bothers me in the past 8 months. I lost the trust with the other advisor except Ming Peng. Ming Peng is very helpful, he knows my frustrations of my Honda Accord that keeps failing the smog test. While I spoke with Ming Peng on the phone yesterday, he recommended me to come see him. While I arrived and stopped my vehicle, Ming Ping was already standing next to the driver side in greeting me. Since I was so frustrated, I was in my anger with attitude talking to Ming Ping, but Ming Peng keeps smiling, maintaining his professional manner trying to listen my vent. He did try his best to help me out in resolving this issues. He suggest me to drop off my vehicle to check the computer system and they will try to run the driving cycle for me since I mentioned to Ming Ping that I was almost involved an accident while I was conducting the driving cycle last time. I drop off my vehicle to have services, and Ming Ping arrange a ride for me to go home. By the next morning, Ming Ping send me the status updates via email, he even calls me before noon and letting me know my vehicle is ready for pick up. He is so dedicating and very care his customer. There is no worry feelings since I drop off my vehicle to have service with Ming Ping. I am so lucky to have my vehicle service with Ming Ping this time. By the way, my Honda Accord passed the smog test later this afternoon.

I Arrived at the dealership at around 11:40 AM I waited over 20 minutes to be assisted. I was told the car would take over an hour to be completed. I returned proximately an hour and a half later the car was delivered to me well after 2:20pm.
