I went to get my airbag fixed and the person who serviced my car cracked my dashboard and failed to report it. I had to drive back to Honda, talk to the manager, and verify that it was indeed them who broke it. I scheduled another appointment to get my dashboard fixed the following week, took the day off to come to Honda, only to be told that they do not have the part. I am highly dissatisfied by the sense of reliability, customer service, and follow up that Honda has for its customers. I was sitting in my car for 15 mins before someone approached me, they just said hi and that they would be with me soon. After another 10 mins I finally had to tell someone I had an appointment and then someone was called and I was helped. At Norve Reeves they have someone there who right away comes to your window and writes down what your there for, I think Nelson Honda needs that. On the positive side, the person who helped me was nice but It seemed like there was only one person handling appointments, and I did like the text message updates.
