I appreciate that Ming Peng treats me like a valued customer. I do not like being pressured into getting excess amounts of services because when that happens at a place, I take my business elsewhere. A different service attendant did that once, and I almost stopped doing business with El Monte Honda. Because this never happened with Mr. Peng, he is the only service attendant that I trust at this establishment.
