We send in the HR-V that we bought 2017 for the first service but the service was not as what we expected. First, we asked them to check engine oil leaking but end up they said need to make another appointment for another day to check it.I’ll say who have all those time to just send it in for check up for each problem even they said it is be perform multi point inspections. Second, on the service paper that indicated the car is been wash exterior but I didn’t think that they did that, the car as dirty as when send in. While I understand you no longer wash cars when serviced, if I am going to pay $115 for an A1 service on my car and the service advisor asks me if I'd like my car washed and I say yes, it would be appreciated to see it git washed. This is not the first time it has happened. Second, I had a coupon that expured May 31st, the advisor could have at least made an attempt to verify with his supervisor if something could be done, but no. Other Honda service departments have done that and more. And lastly, If all the checkmarks on the form are not in the green, I think service advisors should go over it with you. I had a couple boxes in yellow and now have to research on my own to see what could be the problem.
