When i tried to contact. Advisor the operator never connected me with him....I called like 6 times she took the message but she gave him the wrong information. Advisor told me that my car will be ready in two hours but my car was ready in 5 hours!

The technician moved my entire car’s set up (chair, rear view mirror, side mirror, etc...I wouldn’t have a problem with it if they simply asked “hey we might need to adjust your mirrors and chair for service” then I’d be alot more understanding. But to do all that simply to move a car in and out of the shop is a bit excessive. Also it shouldn’t be $99 to replace 2 break lights lol. I have always brought my car to Honda for service knowing it is more expensive but darn that’s just too much. Reward your regulars. Don’t blatantly rip them off unless you can justify $99 for 2 breaklights which i did myself under 15 mins for 10 bucks
