We had an appt at 12:45 and it took extra long because they were backed up but to me if you have an appt and don't get tended to right away is not good he told my husband to come back in an hour when he came back in 1 hour and car was not ready not good he ended up leaving around 2:30 so to me not good my husband had plans and he ended up being late because of this.

They said I needed a new battery which my vehicle is only 2 years old. I already paid 212.00 for the service and then states I need a new battery which of course is not covered. I take it to get tested and it shows my battery is good. I feel because I’m a woman I was taken advantage of.
