My wife took in our 2018 touring and since the moment she arrived she was received terribly no one wanted to help her when I went to pick up the veichel luckily Andy the oil change tech was there that guy knows how to treat people I have delt with him before. Told Andy what happened and he apologized for everyone for everyone elses mistakes. Tim the service manager will be receiving a call from me on monday to hear about the bad service in full and this isn't the first time this has happened. Funny thing is only happens to my wife when she drops the veichle off.
