Came to pick up my car and pay for the services. Another team member helped me with the payment, as I was about to checkout I showed a coupon which I thought I could use when I was about to pay but the team member told me because it wasn’t showed during the write up I couldn’t use it. Even though it did say that on the coupon, I felt that no one went above and beyond to make the customer happy. A one time courtesy or an override could have easily been done.
