My only concern was the actual repair. I had it done a couple weeks ago but had to return it because of a leak which was a result of an error on their part. Their was no loaner available at that time and I had to borrow a car to get to work. When it was time to pick up my car from the dealership, there was no pick up service and I had to take an uber and pay at my expense.

I am completely disgusted with the service. I wasn’t told what the issues of my vehicle were, I was just told that I’d have to Pay 2,000 for service and I went to another dealership and after inspection they said nothing was wrong with me vehicle. Scammers! Will not be coming back

Even though they weren’t able to find out the noise that my car was making but Kenneth Okimoto was very nice. When I first got to the dealership, a couple of service representatives were not really willing to offer help because it’s under the warranty which mean they might not get a lot of commission out of it. Only Kenneth came over to check my car in and the others weren’t even busy but they choose to ignore me. Compare Honda to other dealers, Honda has the worst service but employees like Kenneth Okimoto made up for it. He’s extremely helpful and I am very glad to have him helped me. For service writers just want to seat in the cubicle, I hope they can be train to have better customer service.
