I was happy with the service. Car wash was a plus. It was half decent but free is free. The only suggestion I have is maybe if they switch off day time running light to be sure to turn them back on. I didnt notice until I got on freeway at night, they hadn't turned on.

Appreciated quick service given there was steady stream of customers today. The only concern I had was the incorrect price that Juan originally quoted me that was much higher than I remember, but we resolved it. Other suggestions: Price of service at this dealership can always be lowered. Also customer service rep Pink should be retrained regarding best CS practices, for example customers do not appreciate being told “they should know certain information” when they ask her a question. I didn’t like her condescending attitude. I did appreciate that she seemed knowledgeable of general oil change info.

Everything about this experience was something to rave about. The hospitality by everyone was very welcoming and my service was done within the hour I arrived so it was very surprising that I was able to continue my day within the same hour as arriving, it was probably my favorite part about the experience. Horrible service! Just awful I went to Gardena Honda and was able to get the service I needed within less than an hr! I was greeted the moment I got there unlike El Monte Honda! Everyone that helped me at El Monte Honda looked miserable and I had to get out of my car to get noticed. No one greeted me and when I did receive acknowledgment it was dismissive and terrible service. I was there from 5-7:30 and no one was able to fix my issue! 100 thumbs down! I left unhappy and I didn’t get the service that I needed done bc apparently it was the machines fault!
