Very positive experience all the way around.

Only issue is that I didn’t get a sticker for when next maintenance is due. Also I usually get a complimentary wash. I didn’t get it this time.

Andy is very helpful and very good at what he’s doing! Will definitely go back again.

The problem comes back after few weeks. It’s never been fixed. I have asked other Honda owners if they had the same problem. They said “no” and they even took some photos to prove it.

He is fantastic. I think every customer will love his working attitude. I have never been there but I will come to El Monte services next and next. Of course I hope just for oil change.

my Appt was at 5pm, i got there at 5 i waited 22 mins and the advisar approche to me and say what was i here for and told him an oil change, he say you have an appt i told him yes he say let me chech if they can take you in, he check, came back sorry boss we are to full come back tomorrow, are you serious, I live in diamond bar i drove all the way to you guys, anyways i spoke to the supervisor he was able to get my car and oil change after 1 hr there waiting, the advisor call me say ut was ready i left i was entering the freeway and my car TURN OFF i almost crash. Turn back on and the engine light came on i exit the freeway and my car was not feeling right the engine keep shaking and turn in off, i popped the hood and right way i saw the intake hose was not connected, i call the dealer, they told me to drop off the vehicle leave the keys and come back tomorrow, how was i suppossed to go home flying. I drove back the advisor was there he check the engine he say that they just did an oil change that they didnt touch that, but the clips were off, and didnt have a problem went arriving there, i guess they got mad because i complaint to the supervisor and thats what they did. With you guys is gonna be my second worse experienced ever.

Christian was very polite and helpful. It was my first time at Honda El Monte and it was by far better than the Alhambra location. It was an estimated 2 hrs for my oil change but I was out of there in 1 hr and 15 min, I paid and my car was already waiting for me, unlike at other locations. I’ll be driving out here for my next oil change. Thank you !
