When I dropped off the car, I went to the appointment line. Since Christian was busy with another customer, I was greeted by a different service adviser. I was told that an oil change on saturday morning will take about 1.5 to 2 hours so I asked for a shuttle drop off. When the shuttle finally arrived to pick up drop off guest, the driver asked everyone for location of drop off and proceeded to go to the farthest location (Walnut) which was over 10 to 15 miles out. While I commend you for service, I question the logic of the drop off. Going out of the way in this case was in opposite direction of the two other customers in the shuttle. The two other customers lived in Rosemead and Temple City respectively. But by going to Walnut the two others were held hostage in the car for 50 minute to and back from Walnut.
I heard there is only 1 shuttle being used. May I suggest a second one to be used for these long distance exceptions so that rest of the customers are not held up for extraordinarily long side trips. Thank you.
