I pulled up my car for my 1030 am appointment for an oil change and not one single team member on the floor bothered to help me. I flagged down a gentleman after waiting patiently for 10 mins. When I asked if I can be helped, he asked rudely “didn’t someone already talk to you?” Unfortunately I was unable to catch his name. Not the best customer service at El Monte Honda. When my car finished the service 2 hours later, it was not returned back to me in the same condition I brought it in. My interior such as my seat, compartment, and doors were left with oil stains. Does Honda not use seat covers like they are supposed to? I would have requested the advisor to have his team clean it but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service so I just left. This is not my first visit but may be my last. I didn’t pay $200 + for unprofessional service and poor experience. Very frustrated and I hope future customers won’t have to endure the same experience.
