Gabriel was extremely accommodating and professional.
I explained my need to get to work prior to the Honda courtesy shuttle start time and he made arrangements for the shuttle to start early. He kept me informed regarding the status of my vehicle until the service was completed.
He also suggested additional repairs that were needed and made sure to leave a voicemail message with a price quote for those repairs. I
received excellent, fast and efficient service from Gabriel today.

I was told a month ago I needed to get my throttle clean, so I came back spend I dont know how much. As soon as I drove off I could feel my car would still shake, like it was going to turn off. So last friday I brought it back and Kenneth was great he. Went above and beyond in trying to pin point why my car is shaking. Sad to say, my car is still shaking and thinking months from now there might be Honda recall for this same thing.
