I went for an oil change last Wednesday and paid $100 for a full inspection Of the vehicle. I waited two hours at the dealer which I don’t mind because I know my car was being taken cared of. While I was at the dealer I ask the front desk if I could speak to a finance advisor and she told me to have a seat and wait. I waited 40 minutes and nobody came to me, so I went to the front desk and ask them to call me and she told me somebody would call me that day. It’s been theee days and so far nobody has called me. Not to mention that yesterday as I was going to work I was on the freeway and my car wouldn’t accelerate anymore. I was going 20 mph in the middle of the freeway.. I been having problems with this car ever since I got it. They have already replaced a window and I had spoke to chriss because the same problem was happening again. Not only that my breaks and passenger window. It’s a brand new 2018 Accord sport 2.0 Turbo. This is affecting me in my work and school and I don’t have time to be taking the vehicle to the dealer. As a first time buyer it makes me feel like a made a big mistake choosing Honda.

I was not asked if I wanted the air cabin filter replaced on my car. The representative also did not go over the work that was done on my car on the sheet and did not go over what needed to be replaced. Aside from that everything else was good.

A 10 min known parts replacement (which already in house) took 125 minutes to get my car. And Chris said he would "expedite" this service after I told him when I sigend the paper that it's a 10 min job. I like your technical team, but I highly skeptical about the task management and prioritization skilss.
