Just wish customer service was a bit faster

My appt was st 12:30. Got there before appointment time and I was seen right away. He told me my car would be ready by 2:15 and didn’t even bother to ask if I needed to be shuttled home, so I waited. It was now about 2:25pm so I walked over and asked an advisor what the status on my car was and he called to ask, he turns to me and says they are about to start soon on it! I asked what do u mean? He says it will be ready after 3pm. I was super upset! I had to be asomewhere at 3pm!! My car wasn’t ready until 3:20 and then my car wasn’t even WASHED!! I asked them to take it back and wash it I had waited long enough! I finally left the dealership until about 3:29pm!! So upset and dissatisfied with the service received today!

When we purchased our Honda in September 2016, we purchased insurance on it. In the past two years, we have been taking it to Service for various reasons. Everyone at Service has always been incredibly nice. When we took our Honda on Friday (8-17-18) for an oil change, Christian Aviles helped us and he was incredibly nice and polite. He was really nice when we dropped off the car and it just made our experience so relaxing. We went to go eat something and when we were done, we went back to Nelson Honda and waited inside. When our car was ready, Christian called us on our cell phone to let us know. We went to go get the car and he took the time in explaining to us everything that had been done to the car. We are incredibly happy that we chose to buy our car at Nelson Honda because from day one, everyone has been incredibly nice, polite, and informative. When we were going to buy our car, we first went to Nelson Honda and then we went to another Honda dealer, but it didn't compare at all to Nelson Honda-At Nelson Honda they really do care about their customers and they treat them really good. We were beyond happy with our servicing experience with Christian Aviles. It is so nice to go to a business and to come across such nice, respectful people. Thank you Nelson Honda for being so good and loyal to your customers, you and your entire staff are amazing.
