I completely understand the need to schedule services and never want to come before someone who's been waiting for services. But when unexpected things come up with a brand new car, sometimes you can't wait days or weeks for the next available appointment. It was nice that they were able to fit me in same day but it might help in the future to allow for such same day unavoidable instances so not to put to much extra on the team members. Similar to a doctor's office same day visits. I appreciate the work from your team and very thankful I chose priority when purchasing my new car.

I arrived five minutes early for a 7:45 in the morning check in. Total service requested and required was a simple annual state inspection. My vehicle was not ready until two minutes after nine. You almost caused me to miss an important meeting. If you are not able to complete a simple state inspection in an hour and 15 minutes I strongly suggest you schedule fewer vehicles at that time.
