I always look forward to seeing Mr. Comey. He is courteous and prompt in getting my vehicle checked in and back to me as promised.

Asked for my car to be washed and it wasn’t when I got there so the lady had to take it to be ran through which I had to wait for which shouldn’t of happened. And then when I got closer to home my TPS light came on and it wasn’t on when I got there. I have pictures of my car before I dropped it off and I have pictures with the TPS light on not sure why it came on bc on my paper work it said all was normal and again it wasn’t on when I dropped it off so I’m not satisfied.

Everytime i get service for my vehicle im being charged due to the fact my vehicle came from Roanoke priority even though I purchased the vehicle from Priority Hampton. Also the shuttle service im either waiting for a very long time or they is no service at all.

Lack of attention to detail. Oil was left under to area were the filter was changed. Also when the battery check was performed, the terminal cover was taken off and not replaced.
We had to return today for correction.
