1) I was again told that I couldn’t get an appointment but could do a walk-in. When I did walk in, the service rep made it very clear that they were extremely busy, short-staffed and might not be able to get to my car - Which they did, but I didn’t get out until after 5:00. I just wish the very friendly person on the phone & the very frustrated service rep could get on the same page. Makes me feel like the difficult situation is all my fault, which I really don’t appreciate... 2) I came in for an inspection, that I could not have completed until not one, but 2, tires had to be patched. My ‘Free’ inspection ended up costing me $60. I find it highly suspect that my car is driven - daily - and tire pressure checked regularly, yet two plugs had to be applied. No one ever discussed which tires or what the problem was. Then when I tried to leave, my ‘CheckTire Pressure’ light was on - I had to go back in & have pressure let OUT of the tires, because the person that worked on my car over-filled them... making me feel that said mechanic clearly didn’t know what he was doing and that he probably just charged me $60 for a bogus ‘tire plug’ job. Not sure I’ll ever be back, honestly. Just for the record, when I was there, just last month, my experience was so positive, I even called the service manager & told him how impressed I was with the quality of service, but this time, not so much...

I bought my Honda from you guys in 2018 and my car is a 2019 and was disappointed that the a.c. Was not working. Now I’m having problems once agin with my a.c. And now I have to come out f my pocket to pay and get a new cat a.c fixed!! Will not be going to Honda dealership agin!!

freee oil change yet still had pay 31$ cause of synthetic oil now i understand free oil change for **** reg oil that i will never put in my car ontop of that 25$ for tire rotation i can spend same amount of money on synthetic oil and oil filter and just do it all myself.

I am not happy with the service. I wasn't last time and I am not this time. You sell vehicles you cannot service which is totally unacceptable. When I get my next car I will have to think twice about priority honda.
