My experience with James Comey and the service team was phenomenal. Everything was explained and my car was delivered in the time that it was expected to take. I did however have an encounter with an employee that I found to be completely rude when getting into my car from the service line to move.
My vehicle was the last car with one car in front I’m me. This AA female employee told me that she could move the car in front of me. In what I thought would help the employee out stated that I could just back my vehicle up out of the bay. This Employee stated to me “there is a cone there for a reason”. Mind you, this cone was not visible from where I was standing, I had not even noticed a cone at all. I asked the female what cone? I had to walk around the back of my car to locate this cone that I would not have been able to see otherwise. I proceeded to tell the employee that there was no need to be nasty. I am a repeat customer of Priority and have nothing but good things to say about this dealership in the past, however this interaction has left a very disappointed. It simply could have been stated in another manner.
