Jeff was amazing!! I was certainly not an easy customer. The reason I’m selecting no is, because i asked not to have my car washed so nothing got scratched, then was not told it would be done because of the undercoating. My car came out with hundreds of scratches from your machine. They then buffed it out and when it came back it was in the service area and it looked fine. I drove it out and met with a sales agent to gas my car up that you guys owe me and we still saw a ton of scratches. I went back to Jeff and he has made arrangements to have it 100% taken care of!!!!

My Pilot failed to start after being driven then parked for about an hour. It was acting like a was battery and I managed to get it started with a set of jumper cables. Donna and Michael got it into the shop even though it was afternoon & I didn't have an appointment. By the next morning they had what turned out to be a failing battery diagnosed, the battery replaced, & ready to go by the next morning. Great service
