I am happy so far with the results of the service. However, my customer experience overall was not consistent with my past experiences with Priority Honda Hampton, and additionally I feel posed some safety concerns. It was raining fairly hard when my service was completed. I was told my car would be waiting outside after I paid. A different service rep from the one who checked me in brought me my papers, and after paying, I had to ask for my keys. Normally my vehicle has been brought into the service center for pick up,, but this time, in the rain, it was parked a good distance away, and I got fairly wet getting to it. As I was coming out the side door, I had to dodge 2 incoming vehicles, one which whipped around the corner as I was stepping off the curb. Fortunately, I was watching, but in the rain, I (or anyone else) might not have been, and I would likely have been hit. Finally, my van was parked with little room between two other vehicles, and as I navigated backing out of a tight space in the rain, also watching for oncoming traffic and other pedestrians, outside my line of visibility was a light pole right behind my van, and I scraped the back left wheel hub of my van as I backed out. That was my doing, but that it would have been parked there like that seems a bit ridiculous to me. I have always thought you excelled at looking out for your customers, but I cannot say that about my experience today.

I drop my car off at 7:30 for an 1115 oil change and tire rotation. I had to call at 10 after four to find out if my car was ready. I was never notified. Was unable to pick it up because you’re closed at six. Had to go back the next day

My vehicle is still breaking down the same way it did before I brought it in. I have missed time from work,and I had to cover the cost for a rental vehicle that was over three hundred dollars. I’m highly upset.I have a 96 accord.All the technology Honda has and they could not figure out what was wrong. I have to miss time from work again to bring it back.

Going forward the dealership should have a designated area for those customers with pets as to not inconvenience customers that may have allergies or prefer not to be around animals.
