Jose was great. Despite being short staffed on our service day, he was willing to help us reconnect our cell phone to our car. We greatly appreciated his time and help. Estimated time for repair was accurate & appreciated call when it was ready for pick up.

Very pleased with the service we received from Donna Meeks— she did an excellent job of welcoming me when I arrived and keeping me updated as to the status of the service work we were having done. She was professional and friendly. However, due to an apparent ‘computer glitch’, our appointment was not on the books this morning even though I called yesterday to confirm. Also, the tires that we were told that we were going to have installed on the car by the service department when we booked our appointment were actually not the correct tires for our vehicle. After a 2 hour wait in the waiting room, Donna came in to inform me of the news and gave me 3 choices of tires from which to choose. The tire installation took 3 hours from start to finish, due to the fact that I believe they worked me into the schedule since I was not on the books, and the misinformation that the service department had on the books as to what tires were to be installed. Again, very happy with the attentive service I received from Donna, just disappointed about the confusion concerning my appointment and correct tires

I want to commend the yoing lady that helped me. I explained that i didnt have any extra money to spend even though i needed a few items checked off my maintenance check list. She was kind and didnt make me feel less than. She prioritized those items in terms of importance and the associated cost so that i could plan for the work to be completed. Also, while i waited, she showed continued kindness to an older woman whose car needed a lot of repairs and she was very patient with the lady, who just didn't "get it" and this took a great deal of patience. Priority is lucky to have her as an employee. I believe her name was Keagan Drummond. Great job!
