Bethany is the best. She took the initiative and reached out to Honda to see if they would help me with my quoted $1,800 compressor replacement. I wasn't optimistic but she called me the next day and said "my out of pocket would be a $150.00 deductible." That's customer service. I'm in banking. Once you make the sale, there is an obligation to provide exceptional service to that sale. Bethany, you nailed it. This is the service I've grown to expect from Honda.

My service rep was excellent. She did a great job. My issue is with the AC problem that i have. I was informed that my AC compressor had failed. While the vehicle does have higher mileage, it is only 4 years old and the compressor should last longer than that. My research has also shown that the AC failing is a common issue with 2017 Civics. The repair cost of $2000 is a lot for an under 5 year old vehicle.

Always receive outstanding service at priority! Everyone was nice, we were in and out in about 90 minutes. Something to note, The gal that was putting floor mat papers and plastic over the seats did try to drive my car while the parking brake was on. That was disappointing to see as I do take my car to priority Honda so that she’s in excellent hands.
