I was very displeased with my service as my extended warranty was never called. I was told to be able to put Freon in my it would be $500 dollars. Mind you I was standing by the desk waiting to receive my rental car as the mechanic was talking disrespectfully about how there was no Freon in the car. I was told different amounts to what I was being charged, no invoice was provided to see what was being done to my vehicle. I was told there was possibly a leak then told there wasn’t a leak. I was contacted in less than an hour to be told my car was ready to be picked up.

Donna resolved the problem promptly. A basic oil change required a return visit for improperly reinstalled splash shield. The splash shield was dragging when entering my driveway.

Only problem I have was with mechanical workers. I have a light color cream interior. And when work on my car they dirty my material with their hands I guess from working with previous cars ... They need to wash there hands or cover the interior up that their going to touch ..and this is not the first time ...
