As part of my service, I had the tires rotated. Having left your dealership, within a quarter of a mile the tire low pressure light turned. I pulled over and checked all tires with a tire pressure gauge. All four tires were at 32 psi. It was obvious the vehicle wasn’t driven to ensure all was set after service. The correct tire pressure per the vehicle label is 33 psi. I still need to add a little air and check/reset the TMS set point. I’ll do so when it’s not 95 degrees outside. Meanwhile, the vehicle will sit in the driveway.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I never received a call letting me know my car was ready to be picked up. When I called to find out about my car, I was told it was ready and that my service advisor Bethany had already left for the day. Absolutely unacceptable. When I picked up my car and invoice it said I received a complimentary car wash which was clearly not true. I also noticed that it said I declined a 4 wheel alignment which was also not true. I was never told about my car other than the minder b and recall which at this point I’m wondering if even that was done.
