I’m completely disappointed with my service today. I had a 10:30 am appointment and took off from work to make this scheduled drop off for service on my warranty recall for my fuel pump. My entire day was a total waste. I was told that my vehicle would be ready within a few hours. I received a call from Jose informing me that the part was damaged. I understand that things happen which isn’t in anyone’s control. I let Jose know that I would be late picking up my vehicle and was assured that my keys would be at the secretary’s desk. I arrived at the secretary’s desk as 6:50 pm and was advised that there was no key left behind for pickup. So now I’ve inconvenienced other people and there time and also myself and now I have no vehicle at 7:39 pm. I’m extremely pissed off. I think I will no longer exercise Priorty’s services. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with services. You guys have broken things in the past on my vehicle. And also wasn’t honest about service needed to be done to my vehicle. I’m extremely irritated and will be backing out of a deal to purchase a 2021 Honda Accord in full. This service has me furious. So I think the relationship is severely damaged at this point. Thank you

I waited 7 1/ 2 for my car because the technician put in the fuel pump that took about 3 hours but the vapor barrier in the door had to be done twice which took double the time. I just wish they could have done something too compensate me for the hours of waiting like a coupon for a car detail or free alignment.
