I am extremely pleased with Michael Zeno with taking care of my vehicle. The man that sold me the vehicle had broken the back seat and told me he would take care of it which never happened. I explained to Mike what transpired and he resolved the issue. Mr. Zeno gave me an appointment and I have my car back. He gave me a vehicle until mine was done. Michael was very nice as all of the people I talked to on Wednesday. It’s the amount of time involved in getting the service done. My appointment was at 8 am I was told it could be done around 12 but it was not done until 3! Thankfully my husband was able to transport me today and I wasn’t sitting in the center. I can’t understand how on earth with a 8 am appointment it wasn’t ready by 12. I don’t see why y’all have appointments if you don’t honor them. This has been my experience every time I go to your service department. If it wasn’t included in my guaranteed then regardless how nice people are I would choose quick service first. It should not be this way . But as long as I have the CRV I guess this is what I have to look forward to. I hope some changes take place so my experience can be pleasant.

The service personnel were very helpful, but the repair done on the window was done with a part that didn’t work properly. Had to leave vehicle an extra day. The team did try to be responsive and correct the issue, so that piece was helpful.
