I brought my car in on 6/10/21 with the complaint that the defroster was not working. I paid a $99.95 diagnostic fee and was told installation of a new motor assembly, which had to be ordered, would fix the problem. On 7/1/21, the motor assembly was installed. Upon leaving the dealership the defroster appeared to work, but it soon became clear on the 90 degree day that the AC was ineffective. Regardless of the mode chosen, air would only blow out of the defrost vents. This had not been a problem prior to the "repair". I called the dealership to ask if I could come right back and was told I would have to wait 2 hours until after lunch. Given that I live over 30 minutes away and was already taking time off work, that was not possible. I made my 3rd trip to the dealership (missing work again) for this issue on 7/2. Over an hour after my car was taken back, my service tech advised me that a $1200 repair requiring another part to be ordered would be needed. Only after I shared concern over our ordeal was I offered a credit of the $385 I'd already paid. Our service tech, Jim Comey, was very professional through the process. My dissatisfaction with the service relate to 1) original misdiagnosis 2) no testing to make sure the 7/1 repair didn't break something else which it had 3) lack of regard for my time. I received a courtesy call from Michelle after my 7/2 visit and after I shared my story in what I felt was a polite way, she seemed anxious to get off the phone which left me wondering how important customer service really is to you.

Vehicle was returned with broken glass all over and some pieces could've destroyed the new parts installed. At this point I'm taking my business somewhere else because it has been a pattern of careless acts and lack of professionalism. The only person I can say its a always ???? its salesman Tim Godette, everyone else's are a joke...

Thursday I got my car oil changed and maintenance done and about 5 minutes later I got a low tire pressure notification in my car. I went back today (Friday) and and everything seemed fine until 8:30 tonight the same low tire pressure warning appeared.
