Carla made my experience with buying a car unpleasant with pressuring me to buy some extra maintenance on my car. I wasn’t going to buy all three . I was told if I purchased one it would be 650 , two would be 995 and three would be 1376. When I decided to only get two she was rude and was very upset about it. She told me we could get the back seat covers put on the same day when we brought the car back to get to the inside of the car protected from rips tears and spills along with protection against rocks hitting on the exterior of the car. She said no very loud and my sister said what did you say? The manager told her to have it done. She tried to blame it on the person who sold it to us but she’s the one who told us it could be done at the same day.if you need to talk to me ****-****-xxxx

The rubber floor mats were Extremely slippery. Felt like oil had been poured on them and not removed. Scary to drive slipping on the gas/brake. Not sure if interior was hand applied or just strayed. It was raining so I didn’t come back to service department. Disappointed . My husband got into the passenger side when I got home…same thing, super slippery. I purchased the floor mat from your parts department after I purchased the car. My expectation was they would treat the carpet material not the rubber mat. Perhaps team was rushed because of the possible storm. Worth noting for your next customer. Thanks for asking

Donna was outstanding in every way. I am concerned about the overall quality of my Honda Cicix but she did everything possible to assist me with a very serious mechanical failure and poor workmanship from a previous visit that had to be redone.

No need to contact me. Donna was fine. I understand changing out the fuel pump could cause I light smell from the fuel, however the smell was awful in my car. It was to the point that I turned around and went back to see if everything has been done correctly or if there had been a spill in my car. For customer service, you may consider trying to minimize the stench in a vehicle after this service is completed. Very grateful my infant was not with me because I would not feel comfortable putting my child in the car with how strong it was.

I have an issue with my AC, unit an service provider Bethany Heimbach, said, she got it taken care of, due to me having an AC recharge as recent as last year 2020. When it was time to leave, she said the car pass inspection, and still charge me $99.95 dollars for the diagnostic fee, for the AC. The $99.95 should have been communicated with me, before it was time for me to leave, and was not brought to my knowledge, because I was under the impression that it was taken care of. That was alot of money, for a service that wasn't even provided Horrible experience, worse since 2010, will be exploring options. I feel I should be refund that amount, because my service provider told me otherwise, and I can be reach at ****-****-xxxx. If I don't pick up at work, please text. Thanks, EARL C

Donna is terrific every time I'm in for service. I am very disappointed that my car is being towed, at my expense, because the failure to start issue wasn't resolved. The tow truck tried to jump the car but the battery was good. Thanks for replacing that before my warranty period ended. However, there is probably an alternator or starter problem that needs to be addressed. This is very concerning considering my car isn't even 3 years old.
