I'm usually the one to say everything was fine either way..but its weighing heavy because I bought the car there everytime I get oil changed there's a problem. This time they explained something they had to replace.but the following day my ac goes out..I know they won't say it was there fault so know need to bother.but if they can't do the job just say that. So the customers can go elsewhere. I understand I have a Chevy and you guys are Honda.So now I'm still making payments don't know where to go for services. Just feel its bad business. I came in for a 10:45 appt to get to new tires and an oil change. I didn’t get out until almost 3:30. The tires I bought from you all wore out about 25,000 miles earlier then they were supposed to and the only only they would fix was the one with a hole but I was told it was bit safe to drive o. The other so of course I had to pay for the other even though it didn’t last the way it’s advertised. Not even close. The staff were very nice and I’m sure they did what they could according to policy. I am disappointed with spending 5 hours at the dealership for such a simple job and no discounts either for the mix up and extended time. They put one tire on and then made me wait 2 more hours for the second tire!

Greetings, I've owned a Nissan, Chrysler, Ford, and Saturn. Of all the service writers I've had Donna is the best! She's pleasant, professional, and gives timely updates. I'm disappointed my 3 year old vehicle had a starter fail, but that is not a reflection of the great service Donna gives. I look forward to the punctual replacement of the leaking cover gasket that was also found during the starter replacement.
