I asked for a car wash but I could clearly tell the truck wasn’t washed. If you’re going to check off a service at least make sure there aren’t water spots on the windows and dirt on the hood.

This is my second service appointment set up and supervised by Mr. Comey. I was totally impressed and extremely satisfied with the ease of getting the appointment, the speed with which he contacted me on my cellphone as I walked to breakfast after using the early bird drop box, and the quick turnaround for my Odyssey…..all serviced and washed.
I had no recollection that it was time to change the transmission fluid, but at his suggestion, I got that done too.
He’s a good man to keep on your team.

Car was fixed. Just took too long. Parts took 3 days to get. Service writer had to call me twice to tell me the parts hadn’t come in when they were supposed to. Other than that the service writer was very nice. Explained everything to me, even the very disappointing stuff like price and time to get the parts. She was very professional.

Any kind of car stuff stresses me out, but this was a pretty easy and painless experience. Jose kept me updated on what was happening with my car; and this will probably sound silly, but he was just very nice. Part of why I dislike having to do “car stuff” is because the people involved are frequently condescending, whether it’s because I ask a “dumb” question, or sometimes even as soon as they see I’m a young woman. So thanks for not making me feel stupid because I pursued knowledge outside the automotive arts, I really appreciate it.

I did not like the way I was treated by Donna. I have purchased two cars from the used lot and have gotten work done with you all often. Donna treated me like I wasn’t a customer because my car is not a Honda. She cut me off when I was speaking and even hung up on me due to a communication issue with the service rep. Donna told me over and over that if my car took longer than a day that I would have to pay for a rental when I’ve had my car worked on for several days and had a free rental while waiting. The mechanic under estimated the work load and because of that I felt like Donna took her frustration out on me. She was very rude on all phone conversation and was not willing to listen but talk over me when I asked questions... I’ve never experienced this type of service from you all especially when I paid almost 1500 to get the work I needed done. it’s not my fault that the mechanic under estimated and it’s not my fault that she didn’t communicate well. Donna was suppose to give me call at 4:00pm to let me know the status of my vehicle and did not do it ... I called at 5:30pm and Michele in service said she was gone. Donna in fact was not gone but with the mechanic. Michelle told me she left and I was upset Initially. Donna called back about 15 mins later to tell me she haven’t gone but she fussed at me because of what I was told by Michelle. Then hung up on me ... She kept telling me “ if your car takes longer than a day YOU WILL PAY because “we” don’t give rentals for free. And she said “we are not a Buick dealer so if we don’t have the part that is not on us ... you will have to pay another day” I told her that the car I had previously was not a Honda and had a rental for 3 days due to a part coming in and paid nothing . She told me that Honda Priority doesn’t do that. I’ve gotten all state inspections and oil changes at your dealership since my previous car and Never really seen her in the Bay Area ... I have work with serveral service reps and never had a bad interaction with any of them. Her behavior does not make feel like my car was handle with care and I am worried about my car. As soon as I get some free time I would like to speak to Jay Commings personally to report the rude and nasty behavior Donna displayed to myself a paying customer.

Several indicator lights came on. I visited Honda opening the next day. Mr. Comey took my car in for a diagnostic without an appointment. Which was a relief. I was very stressed about those indicator lights. I understandably had to wait for some time yet in those few hours Mr. Comey gave me several updates on the progress of my vehicle. Which again was a relief. When the diagnostic was complete Mr. Comey offered me the opportunity to speak to the mechanic Jordan. Jordan clearly explained to me the process of what was done and why. I felt very confident in Jordan’s skill and competency. It was just a diagnostic but upon driving my car for a while I noticed my vehicle operating better. My belief is that Jordan corrected some minor details the previous mechanic overlooked. When I return to have the diagnosed procedure done I hope Mr. Comey and Jordan will be the employees I deal with.
