I’ve had this 2017 Honda for 4 years this month. Needed 2 batteries and no one could tell me why the batteries are going bad so quickly. Missed seeing Jose there today. Hope he didn’t leave.

At 7:45am I dropped off my car because I was having trouble starting it. She called me to let me know they found the reason it needed a new starter. She did not listen to me on our call I asked her to just complete the oil change, tire rotation and filters, her concern was getting the starter done even when I told her I couldn't afford to get that done today. When I returned to the shop it was lunch time and I had to wait longer for my car than I expected. But all in all things worked out.
