No problems with James Comey. He was great like always, but this service department seems to go more downhill every time I come. I dropped my car off an hour and a half early for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I requested that it be finished by 2:30. At 3 I hadn’t heard from the service department so I started calling. I called several times over the course of 30 minutes and never got an answer. When I arrived at the dealership at 3:45 they hadn’t touched my car yet. It took speaking to a service manager to get them to change the oil so I could leave. This is unacceptable

I waited 2+ hours for an oil change & car wash and I had an appointment. I also received a text while waiting that said I could text back with any questions. I texted two questions for status updates and received no text answers. I know there are always busy times or days, but I've been here for many years and never had it this slow. I don't recall one person doing all of the final paperwork before. Maybe that was the slow down?
