I purposely made an early appointment (7:30) so I could be free later for other activities. My car was not ready until after 4:30. When I was checked in I was informed that it would be a couple of hours so I utilized your shuttle to go home expecting a call before noon.
I have come to find out that your service policy is to work on vehicles whose owners are waiting REGARDLESS of when they arrived. I feel that this is outrageously wrong! What is the purpose of having a scheduled checkin if you blatantly ignore your customer’s wishes. This way of doing business will be factored in when it is time for a new vehicle.
Your service representative did all she could to get my car ready but was stymied by your user UNFRIENDLY policy.
