Mr. Becerra was wonderful probably the best service agent we've ever had! He went over everything with me to make sure it was all there, and he listened when I spoke, as a female most men don't listen when I talk cars it was very refreshing. To boot Mr. Becerra also noted my inspection was due in the next month and he asked me if I would like to get that done that day.

I brought my car in on 6/3/2021, because it was cutting back and jerking and the check engine light was on as well as other warning lights. I picked my car up today 6/4/2021 and the warning lights were still on and I noticed my car was not running any differently. I paid almost 1,000 just to pick my car up with the same issues, because they fixed something that wasn’t the problem. I felt like they took advantage of me, because I was a female and alone. I was going out of town this weekend, but now I can’t because my car didn’t get fixed.
