I went in for a replacement part for a recall on my Accord. When I made the appointment I asked if they had the part and when I could get the work done. I was told the part was available and scheduled an appointment while I was there I was going to also have an oil change done. When I arrived for the appointment I asked if the part was still available and was told yes. 40 minutes later they came and got me and said my oil change was done but they didn’t have the part for the recall repair. Evidently I can’t trust anything that I’m being told at this business. I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

My car’s airbag light came on. This dealership charges $99 just for the diagnostic and wanted upfront payment for a standard part to make the repairs, however the part is on back order with no ETA. I paid a premium to buy a certified used Honda and expected that this would ensure a quality, reliable vehicle I could rely on to get to my job. Vey disappointed. I will gladly pay for the part when it is available but won’t pre-pay for a desperately needed basic safety component that you can’t even give an ETA for.
