Everything was great except for one thing. When I went to pick up my car in the parking lot the lights were on. I got in the car and the headlight signal is beeping. This was a little concerning since it was closer to one hour from receiving the call to pick up and actually getting over there to pick it up. I just don’t want my battery to suffer.

I’ve had priority for over 2 years but I typically go to priority Nissan. I went to priority Honda for the first time since it’s closer to my job and it was the best priority experience I’ve had. Quickest oil change + complimentary car wash that was offered and not something I have to ask for. Everyone was kind and had good energy. I will return for my next service!

Scott Sales Manager used a disrespectful condescending tone with me when I went to pick up my car after hours. We’ve had 6 cars svcd here for over 20 years. How dare he talk to me that way!! My key wasn’t left for me to pick up so I will be letting the powers that be know about my experience when I come to pick up my car in the morning. I’ve always had great service here. I’m very angry and disappointed. Scott wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t provide the excellent svc I received from the svc dept. I believe he judged me by my appearance which is unfortunate because I work 50 hours week for a major company.
