I asked specifically for my right rear tire to be checked due to the caution light being on. I knew they’d apply air and I appreciate it but I don’t believe it was checked thoroughly. I was told the light was on due to all tires not being at the amount of air needed however here I am a couple days later and that same tire needs air again and the light is on. This should’ve been checked throughly otherwise I don’t believe I’d still have this same issue.

Actually I had to come in because my car was leaking oil from an oil change a week ago. The lead technician, Jeff Carroll was quite helpful and immediately went to look under the hood and said he would take it and put it up and see what was going on. When he came back shortly thereafter only like 10 minutes he said. Glad you brought it in. It was some type of washer and he put that on. Put more oil in and topped it off and said it was a good eye to note that that had happened. I was quite pleased with your response and would like to say how helpful Jeff was and polite and appreciate his approach. He turned a mistake around to complimenting me for noticing it. Thank you again for your service. It is always a pleasure!
