My car was left unlocked in the parking lot for over an hour and the advisor left for lunch when I came back to pick my car up. It took the other employees about 10 mins to even figure out where my keys were. No manager was on site to talk to . Did get a call about it but not until about 7 at night . Also hope my oil change actually got done and was done correctly never actually saw my car move from the original spot unless they get it done an hour or so before calling me to pick up my vehicle .

Out of all the service advisors I’ve encountered since purchasing my vehicle at Priority Honda, Adam went above and beyond to ensure my car was handle with car and fixed all the issue after the mishap after getting my oil change. Adam took care of everything and I didn’t have to worry!!

Adam, damn what a guy man, every time I come there for any sort of maintenance or anything vehicle related at all Adam is the fuckin man. Apologies for the language but it’s the best way I can emphasize the work this guy does, if everyone worked like he did and was as flexible, reliable, and trusting like he is I believe the world would be a brighter place. You guys are really lucky to have Adam. He’s always there working and coordinating and helping out not only me with every need and question I can come up with but other customers as well, I recommend Honda in Hampton to all of my friends with Hondas because of Adams quality services, be back soon!
