My oil was changed today and given to me with either no oil. As soon as I started my engine I received a sensor warning that was low oil pressure. Please update my records of this occurrence. I immediately turned off my vehicle and notify my service manager; he told me to leave the vehicle where it was and allow the technician to investigate. The technician started the car and “drove” back into the shop. 15-20 minutes later I was again delivered my car. My family owned and operated an auto service center for more than 25 years, so I understood what was happening and the root cause of the problem. I realize that accidents can happen and I mostly trust the service team, but would like to have this occurrence entered into my car service records; in the highly unlikely event there is a problem. Please give me a call to inform that my auto records have been updated (ie, this occurrence resulted from dealer service). Thank you for your assistance.

Adam’s customer service was great . I had both fog light bulbs installed but asked him to have tech check left front tire. A nail was discovered and Adam consulted with me about it and gave me time to check my options. I appreciated his honesty and concern for me. Thank you Adam. Great job!!!

I waited 10 to 15 minutes to be greeted. I know it was backed up, but I have always been greeted the moment I drive in. Bethany and the young lady who took my car through the car wash after my request for a courtesy car wash was not done, were really great. I know many businesses are short handed so I understand.
