Service always great here. However due to the car buying situation I purchased another Honda CRV from a different Honda dealership out of the area. I tried buying local the cars where limited and prices to high for me. However I was wondering if I can bring my car to this location for the free oil change and inspections along with other services?

I am not happy with the BS diagnostic fee when I know the issue, and I am not happy with the 2% 3rd party fee when using a credit card. Pretty much the same thing as price gouging on gasoline.

Upon picking up my car for a car inspection , I was inquiring with Mr. Michael Anderson about whether it was necessary for me to bring documentation in to prove that I did have my 30,000 Mile maintenance. I only inquired because he said that it was needed in an earlier phone call. However, when I was addressing him he appeared to be working on something else, would not look at me, and was typing on his computer as though I was bothering him. While I was addressing him, a young lady drove my car away from the service line to the parking lot. I was literally chasing after my car. I had to walk to the parking lot to retrieve my car. The customer service at the Honda Dealership Priority Hampton was very poor. I was rushed, dismissed and ignored. Please remind your associates that it is imperative that they give all of your customers their undivided attention from inception of the appointment until the customer’s departure. I hope this experience is negatively reflected on Mr. Micheal Anderson’s evaluation to encourage him to make improvements in the area of customer service.

They did not recalibrate my oil switch back to 100% so either they didn’t change my oil or they forgot, I put a call in to the service department after I realized it wasn’t recalibrated and haven’t heard back yet , and I know you could be short staffed
