Well when I pulled in the garage no one greeted me I waited several minutes before someone came to my car. Cars/customers that pulled in after me were checked in while I still waited. I had an appt at 1045 but I wasn’t checked in until well after 11am. Also when I got my car back I now have a big deep hole on the front bumper that wasn’t there when I brought the car in. I tried to call back to the dealership to speak with a manager but one was not available. I am very unhappy this is the second time I have brought my car in and got it back with something wrong with it that wasn’t wrong when I dropped it off.
